The Medibank Feel Good Program is a series of free outdoor fitness classes in South Bank Parklands.

Held on the Little Stanley Street Lawn, classes include yoga, tai chi, pilates, cardio and more. Bookings are not required and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga

Balance, flexibility and energy flow class.

Pilates

Develop strength, flexibility and coordination.

Cardio

Energise your body and mind with this low impact, high intensity aerobics class.

Mums & Bubs

Bring bub along for this specialised post-natal class to help rebuild strength.

Energy

High-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will burn fat and give you results fast.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise involving deep breathing and relaxation of the muscles.

Dance

Get moving to the beat while melting calories in this fun, social class.

Aqua

Splash down and tone up in the refreshing water of South Bank’s Boat Pool.
